Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods (for contracts for the sale of goods);
- on which you received access to the digital content, or the licence key(s) were sent to you (for contracts for the supply of digital content, e.g. software licences).
In the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the online withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Special notes for services
For a contract for the supply of a service (e.g. “Remote Host Connect”), your right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is proportionate to what has been provided until the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
